In an interview with National Public Radio, former President Jimmy Carter said that Catholic teaching on women’s ordination has led to the abuse of women throughout the world.
“The fact that the Catholic Church, for instance, prohibits women from serving as priests or even deacons gives a kind of a permission to male people all over the world, that well, if God thinks that women are inferior, I’ll treat them as inferiors,” said Carter. “If she’s my wife, I can abuse her with impunity, or if I'm an employer, I can pay my female employees less salary.”

He’s a Democrat first, not a Christian, just as Pelosi is a Demorat first, not a Catholic, and Reid is a Democrat first, not a Mormon. Their real religion is Big Government, and that has their full allegiance.
When it comes to this dorf’s knowledge of the Catholic Church, he’s full of it.
Anti-Catholic, anti-Jewish, anti-Traditional, and whatever else he can think of to poke his finger in the eye of anything good and decent. He is a bitter, miserable human being.

He has a problem with God, not us. His insensitivity towards the Scriptures is telling.
This ex-president has not had it easy after serving in office. He is desperate to re-write history, to salvage something from his disastrous four year record, mercifully terminated by Ronald Reagan. The current occupant is quite capable of snatching the "Worst President Ever" award from Carter on his own.

The only good Carter was Billy. If he were alive he would bust Jimmah in the mouth.

I’m not surprised that Jimmy hates Catholics. He was born in 1924, just before the peak of the vehemently anti-Catholic second Ku Klux Klan, so by the time he was 6-8 years old, he had probably heard lots of anti-Catholic rants, along with the typical anti-Jewish rants.
And it’s not surprising that this didn’t include open dislike of blacks, in that middle class whites were careful to not insult their part time domestic servants, like cleaning women, laundry women, and other help, instead holding them in gentle contempt as inferiors who lived on “the other side of the railroad tracks.”
He belongs to a Southern Baptist schismatic church, a recent religious schism, that broke away from the Southern Baptist Conference, because it wasn’t leftist enough. It is called the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship, and he is parroting their platform against the SBC.
Jimmy Carter is a turd.
Perhaps someone close to him--someone who has no ax to grind--should quietly explain to the ex-President, that this behavior is completely inappropriate.
If I remember correctly, it was only after Jimmuh became president that his church allowed Black People. I think he belonged to a country club that was similar.
