Golly Gee Sherlock,, what tipped you off?

Was it all the Muslims in the White House including “The One”?

Well I would have pegged Paul as an atheist/agnostic, so maybe he’s just figuring it out.

I'm not impressed.

"Read his remarks below, delivered at today's Faith and Freedom Coalition luncheon in DC.... Rand Paul has been actively courting the conservative Christian community for months."

I don't trust anyone who is an opportunist who speaks the language of the group he's with to garner votes. Why hasn't he raised this alarm after the dozens of incidents of government-sponsored Christian bashing we've witnessed over the past couple of years?

Rand sounds like an opportunist, nothing more. As soon as he is elected, he'd drop the interests of Christians like a hot potato.

Who fired the first shot and what is the body count so far in the war?

I don’t want to hear one damn word from Rand Paul until I hear him say THIS when the Senate immigration bill comes up for a final vote: “NO!”

Funny, whenever anyone else (Bachmann, Perry, Santorum, etc.) says this, his dad’s supporters are quick to attack them for “placing the Bible ahead of the Constitution” and “mixing religion and politics” and “running as the Christian candidate”

Christians already know this and we know that Congress isn’t any help.

Ok... We finally have someone say something we like, a lot of things actually, and half the posts on this thread are bitching about it.

This is why we got McCain and Romney for candidates.

These folks are a bunch of sackless a$$holes. Nothing is ever good enough, and anything that gets close they’ll myopically find that ONE thing they REALLY don’t like, even if it’s exactly what they wanted to hear in the first place.

It’s like some fat, barely post-pubescent nerd sitting in Mom’s basement telling his pimple ridden friends that he’d never sleep with that Super Model over there because she has pointy elbows...

Rand sounds like an opportunist, nothing more.

Except his voting record bears these views out.

Yeah, I'm concerned about his recent pandering on the Immigration issue... He's been solid everywhere else.

He's a damn site better than Graham or McCain.
