Glenn Beck Converts To Chrislam

June 10, 2013

By Theodore Shoebat

An excerpt:

... If we are eager to be equally yolked with Mormons as spiritual equals because of the charisma of Beck, then we will fall into accepting their theology, leading us further into welcoming Islam as an inspired religion. Yet this is exactly what Beck believes.

This error is that grave heresy which has been growing recently: chrislam. If you think Beck combats Islam, you are mistaken. He speaks out against terrorism yes, but not the source of it. He writes in one of his books, An Inconvenient Truth:

"I have read the Koran and can tell you that I unequivocally believe that Islam is a religion of peace."

Not only is Islam acceptable as the “religion of peace”, but invited everyone to get possessed by demons. As astonishing as it sounds, its true. Beck, in his book The 7 (co-athored with Keith Ablow), writes:

"Every major religion and culture has identified faith as a force that unlocks mysterious and magnificent energy. The Book of Mormon puts it simply and directly: ‘…Whenever men have sufficient faith, angels have ministered unto them.’ Hinduism, Taoism, Chinese popular religion, Siberian shamanism, and other traditions speak of a polestar. …You have a polestar inside you. It is connected with all the energy in the universe. When you begin to follow that star you align yourself with immeasurable, inexplicable forces that will actually help you manifest your best intentions."

Why is Beck so focused on doctrines of devils? Because it is a part of his religion which we are all now required to respect and accept. In fact, Beck’s prophet, Joseph Smith led the most radical form of chrislam, emulating Muhammad in both his heresy and his violence. He believed that “Mahomet [Muhammad] was a true prophet.” Joseph Smith once declared:

"I will be to this generation a second Mohammad, whose motto in treating for peace was ‘Alcoran or the Sword.’ So shall it eventually be with us–’Joseph Smith or the Sword.’" (See Alvin Schmidt, The American Muhammad, ch. 3, p. 60)

So intense was Smith’s emulation of Muhammad that some American news editors called him “the American Mahomet,” or “the yankee Mahomet.” (See historian Alvin Schmidt, The American Muhammad, ch. 1, p. 27) Apparently Americans were more astute and educated on such matters in Smith’s day, and if there was one thing I wish to revive in this country, it is this very erudition on cults, past and present.

Nothing is new under the sun. What Christians are unaware that what Beck is doing now is shockingly what the Mormons were already doing in the earliest days of Mormonism till now where volumes of support for Islam and Muhammad have been declared by the LDS. The first Mormons honored Muhammad as a prophet when they made a council specifically dedicated to appreciating Islam.

Evidently Beck is promoting universalism. I wasn't aware of this until I came upon this news item on TruNews. I didn't post the entire blog post since there are videos there that you need to watch anyway (and I don't know how to post videos onto FR). Click the link and check out the whole thing.

Of course, Beck is also supposed to come out with some big news within the next 24 hours. So, I don't want anyone to think I want to discredit anything that will be good for us. He's done a lot of good in his research for us, especially back in his Fox days... but, don't get too enamored with him, as there are parts of his ideology that are deadly to the soul.

The Crybaby jumped the shark and has been trying to milk it ever since. He’s done.

Next?

I think it was King Festus that declared, “Paul, Paul .. much reading doth make thee mad ... almost thou convincest me to be a Christian”

Thanks for posting. I went to the linked site and it was very informative.

By the way, I really like your FR handle. Funny!

Alas poor Beck, the Festering Faustus who would be King of Kolob.

His continued blathering amounts to little more than the continued worship of his own image in the reflecting puddle.

Interesting. In the wake of 9-11 I heard a Baptist theologian refer to Islam as “stone age Mormonism.” His comparison of these two aberrant religions was fascinating.

This article is pathetic. So basically, Beck 10 years ago called Islam the religion of peace in a book (notice, no context is provided whatsoever), at the same time Dubya did the same. I guess Dubya is a Muslim too, huh?
Then Beck, in a self-help book with Dr. Keith Ablow, said some nice things about Hinduism and Taoism as useful spritualities, and Shoebat basically calls him a devil-worshipper. Meanwhile Beck spent hours on his FoxNews show in front of a blackboard, warning viewers that Muslims want a "new caliphate" to dominate the world. Either Shoebat is an idiot who can't use Google, or a biased propagandist.
I think Shoebat wrote this to please his master, Michael Savage, who is the only talk show host who will ever have him on.

Bingo. I suppose context is not much of a concern for those who are not earthlings. But as with liberals, unhinged and ill informed biases just happen to supply the fuel they need for things they know nothing about, and a terrified to learn about on their puny little asteroid.

I agree.
There sure has been a sudden spike in Beck bashing lately. Makes me think that they are really scared of something. I have found that the more people smear and malign someone the more I listen to what that person is saying.

It exactly tracks Beck’s increase in hysteria and ‘tune in on my show next week when I reveal...” theatrical BS.

There must be a connection...but what is it?

The willfully ignorant stupidity of the McSheeple who keep following the Beckonite Judas Goat.

agreed...America needs folks like Beck... Yes, he must be discerned.. the important thing is; what are the basic beliefs of the discerner..?. for me, as a Christian, I rely on the Holy Spirit.. He, along with the teachings of Jesus Christ and the Holy Scriptures, reveals, as close as I can get, the Truth. What I appreciate about Beck is he has a brain to be picked,,,and FR helps with the picking...

Actually, it is. This was exposed years ago. I can't stand Dubya, but he didn;t do this.

>>America needs folks like Beck...

The same “America” that’s waiting like a deer in the headlights wondering why it’s been “Left Behind” and not saved by The Rapture(tm) from the exploding subprime ARM on the McMansion and the repoing of the his and his Escapades?

That “America”?

NO SALE

Nah. Beck is on Radio and RV/Internet so he can’t do anything but good and pure things to benefit all of humanity. It’s a rule or something.

Time after time he hypes things to the heavens but not every time does he deliver. The world refuses his dire predictions of ending...I don’t get it. What could possibly connect these bizzarre events to people getting upset?

Yup. It’s a mystery alright.

Beck bashing is rampant on Freerepublic and it seems that anyone who has a slightly different take on a subject gets bashed too. Me included.
If you don’t like Glenn Beck don’t read, don’t post. Simple as that!
Glenn has done more for America and freedom than most and even though you may not agree with everything he says his main message is correct.
I’m not sure what has happend to our community here on Free Republic but I do know that a few are infiltrating their hate into a once good community.
