In the new survey, 59 percent of American adults answered that gay or lesbian relations are morally acceptable, a 19 percentage point increase since 2001 when only 40 percent said it was morally acceptable.
Sixty percent of respondents said that having a baby outside of marriage was morally acceptable, a 15 percentage point increase since 2002 when only 45 percent said it was morally acceptable.
Of the 20 issues which Gallup asked about their moral acceptability, same-sex sexual relations and unwed pregnancies saw the greatest increases. They were also the only issues which changed from a minority to a majority of the country finding them morally acceptable over the past decade.
The other large increases in moral acceptability were: sex between an unmarried man and woman went from 53 to 63 percent, divorce went from 59 to 63 percent, and medical research using stem cells from human embryos went from 52 to 60 percent.
The only large decline in moral acceptability was for medical testing on animals, which went from 65 to 56 percent.
I would have answered that having the baby is morally acceptable.
Having a baby is not a sin. The sex that preceded it probably was, unless the woman was forced - that’s not a sin for her, obviously.
But I don’t consider childbirth to be morally unacceptable.
The question is badly phrased. They should have asked if sex outside of marriage is morally acceptable.

If you begin a social engineering program to convince people that pedophilia is okay, saturate the media and education with that idea, all the while ridiculing cultural norms and beliefs, eventually a majority of people will say pedophilia is okay. It will take a while, probably decades, but to paraphrase the Bible, raise a generation up in the way you would have it go, and it will give into it.
Hardly a surprise when one observes how putrid and degenerate American culture has become. Compared to the country I knew and grew up in, America 2013 reminds me of that Star Trek episode “Mirror, Mirror.” Ugly, immoral, evil. Everything once regarded honorable and decent is now vilified, and everything once regarded vile and immoral is now celebrated.

I used to be on Zogby’s polling list for a few years and the questions were insanely biased with no good answers. Taught me a lot about polls and how “accurate” they are.

Then why did people throng to Chik-Fil-A? Why did people stop shopping at Penneys once they trotted out Ellen Degenerate and showing "gay families" in their ads? Why are they pulling homo-positive shows from TV land? And Penneys is now groveling trying to get people back? I don't believe polls. Let the actual real people vote (without fraud) and then we'll talk about this.
