There are many who are ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth:
Ephesians 1:13: In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise
I Timothy 1:11: According to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which was committed to my trust.
II Timothy 2:8: Remember that Jesus Christ of the seed of David was raised from the dead according to my gospel:
Acts 20:24: But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.
Romans 2:16: In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel.
Romans 16:25: Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began,
I Corinthians 9:17: For if I do this thing willingly, I have a reward: but if against my will, a dispensation of the gospel is committed unto me.
II Timothy 3:16: All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
II Timothy 3:17: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
When writing or talking about the gospel, it is always a good idea to state the gospel, so they might hear and be saved.
1 Corinthians 15:3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 15:4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
And who, exactly, is ever learning, but never coming to the truth? What, exactly, are they learning? Are you referring to the Jews as Paul was, or are you applying this to others?
True, but if you are trying to start an argument you need to list some one or some reason for bringing this subject to attention as there is nothing to argue about.
