Obama campaign releases ad citing moral, Biblical background for administration policies

The Obama campaign on Saturday quietly released a web video featuring President Obama talking about his faith. The video includes various faith leaders describing how there is moral, even Biblical, backing for his policies on issues ranging from higher taxes for top earners to health care to the auto bailout.

The video opens with the president at the National Prayer Breakfast where he says, “In my moments of prayer, I’m reminded that faith and values play an enormous role in motivating us to solve some of our most urgent problems.”

Woven throughout the video are statements by persons of faith including, Bishop Vashti McKenzie, Professor Catholic Studies Stephen Schneck, and Rabbi Samuel Gordon.

They open by describing Obama’s faith.

“President Barack Obama is leading with faith values,” McKenzie says. “It comes from this basic core belief that when one part suffers, every part every part suffers, it’s deeply religious belief, it comes out of the scriptures,” said Pastor Kerr.

Obama then follows up with a line from the campaign trail, “I believe in country that rewards hard work and responsibility, a country where we look after one another, a country where I say I’m my brother’s keeper, I’m my sister’s keeper.”

Rabbi Gordon brings up health care saying, “His commitment to making sure young people are able to have health care, those with pre-existing conditions able to have health care, being protected is so important.”

Obama made the connection of health care to religion, saying “When I talk about making sure insurance aren’t discriminating against those who are already sick, I do so because genuinely believe it will make the economy stronger for everybody, I also do it because I believe in God’s command to love thy neighbor as thyself,” a statement that also is included in the video...

Every time I see these absolutely shameless appeals to religion by Obama (who I believe to be an atheist at best and a Muslim at worst), I think God must have a big sense of humor because otherwise a huge lightning strike should vaporize this guy on the spot.

They’ve got polling telling them evangelicals are voting in much larger numbers this year than in 2008. Apparently, this is a voting block that Axelrod forgot about until 3 days prior to the election.

If he genuinely believed love thy neighbor as thyself, we would not have gotten Obamacare, we would have gotten Congressional healthcare. But we didn’t and they made sure they were not on what they gave us.

He must be suffering a lot to have purchased a $40M mansion in Hawaii.

Oh, and don’t forget the “biblical” values of sodomy, prenatal infanticide, covetousness, and idolatry.

Methinks the good Bishop is confusing the Book of Marx for the Bible.

Of course, 0bama’s favorite line is about “laying down one’s life.” After all, so damn many have lain theirs down to protect him: Secret Service “suicide” to CIA, SEALs, to US military, Breitbarting various men and women, former lovers. business contacts, even an occasional Ambassador.

All
Fall
Down

And there he is, ‘pure’ as his heart demonstrates to us.

Obama campaign releases ad citing moral, Biblical background for administration policies:

MORAL, BIBLICAL? Oh, I get it now:

"Hello, my name is Satan. I am mentioned numerous times in the Bible. I am known as; the Prince of darkness, Abaddon, the destroyer, the Prince of the power of the air and the spirit that is now working in the sons of disobedience, the Father of lies, the "god" of this world, Beelzebul, Beelzebub.

I support the reelection of Barak Hussein Obama, He is my kind of guy and my candidate for President of the United States.

So if you like what my man has done, in my behalf, to you, your family, and America over the last four years be sure and vote for him on election day."

Hi, I am Barak Hussein Obama and I approve this message.

2. Despirate
Adopting pirate like tactics when you have very few options left.

despirate = desperate + pirate
When it’s a question of survival, small brands adopt despirate tactics

It works.

Nice try HaxelOdd—— too bad the DNC tried to kick God out of the Convention in August. Now you cite religious faith values to exploit when the reelection outcome for Bam is dire? Shameless hacks-—despicable too.

How many times have we heard about Barry going to church this year? Two? Three? Yeah. He’s a big “faith” guy.

He’s had the gullible voting bloc in his camp all along. Those are the feeble minded, the druggies, the criminals and people who can’t find their butts with both hands.

It was an attempt to stave off the inundation of preachers, pastors and church personnel who were preaching against this administration and it's anti-faith based policies.

There is a hidden evangelical vote no one talked much about this year...that stayed home in 08, that is coming out in mass this year. not specifically against Obama, but the entire administration.
