Now, the left hated Hitler for taking Germany away from them in 1932-33 and Spain in 1936-38. This what gulled the West into making a deal with Hitler in 1938. He then flipped on them are made the pact with Stalin. But then he outsmarted himself by going to war with the USSR a year or more before the Wehrmacht was fully ready to take on the Red Army.
