Our orphaage on Staten Island,Mt.Loretto turned out many fine men and women including Pat Murphy,Chief of Police of the NYC Police Department and he was very proud that he went to Mt. Loretto.

Father Flanagan's charity was the very FIRST one I contributed to when I first started working at a real job....eons ago.

Fatherless boys are the SCOURGE of any society, poor boys; there's NO way for them to win. Father Flanagan got to the CORE of a huge problem in our country. God bless him always.
