Yeah, the double posting thing (sometimes triple or even quadruple) has been happening a lot. I don’t think I am repeatedly hitting the post button, but it IS possible that I get unmindful during a long site hang while posting.

Speaking of that, The Mormon Times, my favorite source, seems to have gone very lightweight in the last few months. It’s getting harder to find any meaty doctrine articles. Hmmm.....

Yup. They did a layoff purge in '10 (part of DesNews). Anything that might depict their slip as showing became expendable as dead weight & was jettisoned overboard.

Seriously? You want me silenced so badly you stoop to this childishness?

I said “essentially”. Not hard to grasp. No conspiracy for you here.

Jim said “will suspend the LDS Caucus designation privilege altogether on FR” just as you quoted.

“the LDS Caucus designation”.
Not PD’s ability to use it.
THE LDS Caucus designation.

Again. No conspiracy here.

Only you running to your virtual daddy. Sad and desperate.

And by the way... nice mind reading. “You know quite well” eh? What’s good for you is not for me I guess.

The "you know" is mind reading and therefore "making it personal."

But, as I said earlier in this thread, I normally do not remove posts which have been pinged to mods.

The "mind reading" was unintentional.

The entire phrase "You know quite well that" is entirely inconsequential to the post.

Mormons aren’t Christians

PD, please correct me if I'm wrong; but:

Mormons believe that Jesus was Christ, the Son of God, and that He died on the cross for our sins.

What is your definition of Christian? How does Wonder bread, or water prevent one from being a Christian?

I was accused of being the religious police because the other day (on another thread) I prayed for PD and other Mormons to know our LORD, JESUS CHRIST. It is very simple, actually, no BOM or anything else is required. To make a long story short, 20 odd years ago, I was engaged to be married. I am Methodist and he was Baptist...well I started noticing a change in mood and behavior although it was very subtle at first. One day he called me and told me he had invited some friends to come to my home. Three people showed up at my door and he was with them. They introduced me to Mormonism and left me all kinds of info...shortly after that we were no longer together. I did read part of the BOM, but I knew all I needed and need his just our LORD, Jesus Christ. He did go on to marry a LSD women and I believe they produced 10 children. After that I read a fantastic book called "Kingdom of the Cults" by Walter Martin. Let me say, I was NEVER swayed toward Mormonism. All I need is the Cross, the Father, Son and the Holy Ghost. AMEN

Great testimony - unfortunately there are those who - while arguing that there is so much 'hate' here, when an overt act of love is displayed like you did - it puts them over the top. We recognize the underlying spiritual battle that causes their outbursts.

Almost; the last part should read:

Sweated in the Garden for our sins.
