I am not a theologian, nor do I pretend to be anything but a simple man. Jesus however, plainly warned us that many would come along and say that they were Christ and what would occur because of that. Here is an example from the Bible, located in Matthew chapter 24:
"4And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
5For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
6And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
7For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
8All these are the beginning of sorrows.
9Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake."
I am simply raising a question that I can give no answer. In a day when it has become increasingly more popular and acceptable to bash and to openly hate Christians: Is America facing a time of God’s judgment?

I agree, BUT: The Illinois pick 3 the day after his election came up 666. His Chicago zip code was 60606. He was born 8,4, 1961, the 216th day of the year,(6x6x6 equals 216). He was born in Hawaii, latitude 21.6. Revolations 13:4 speaks of the beast, the 216th verse of the apocalypse. Inaugurated on 1,20, 2009, and multiplying 1x2x2x9, you get 36. Add all the numbers of 36, l,2,3,etc. you get 216. Antichrist? No. But man he sure has a lot in common with him.
Christians HAVE been thinking about it, sometimes endlessly. I'm irritated that first, you seem to think no one else has had this thought, and second that you posted a whole thread with so little to add to the conversation.
I wrote this guy off as a loser years ago. He is not a Christian, and that is not judgmental for me to say that.
For those that still need convincing? Firstly he supports abortion, for me that`s all I need, it` my own little litmus test. I mean anybody that votes Democrat, is voting for abortion, gay marriage, taking crosses down from veterans cemetery's etc...the list is long. So Christian Democrat is a oxymoron right from the start! Jimmy Carter is also a NON Christian.
We do not know who the Anti Christ is. Christians will be caught up in the air with Christ (the Rapture) Anti Christ will not be revealed until after the rapture.
Not trying to sound like a Theologian, but according to my reading of the scriptures along with a great booklet put out by RBC Ministries The Daily Bread people. According to this, Christians will already have been raised up with Christ and been before the Judgment seat of Christ. Then will the Anti Christ be revealed.
He could be here now, if the Lord is returning soon, but we do not know who he is and will not

Play with numbers like that long enough and you can make anyone out to be the AC. I seriously doubt that the “666” mentioned in the Bible is in reference to any of those things.

Since GOD is the only one that knows when CHRIST will return, Satan has to be ready. Satan therefore has been producing evil beings like Hitler and 0bama who can be transformed into the AntiCHRIST. I'm not sure if this fits the scriptures, but sounds very logical.
One more thought: Hitler is responsible for the deaths of at least 20 million people, maybe more. 0bama, particularly since he is using OUR money to finance abortions abroad, could very well be responsible for many more.

I absolutely agree. He isn’t the antichrist, but he has definitely proved that the world is gullible enough for the antichrist to take power. I was and still am amazed at the thoughtless, zombie-like trance that Obama’s followers exhibit.
I’d say America is currently experiencing the absence of God. There will be no question about whether or not we are experiencing God’s judgement when He decides to deliver it.

Right. Anyone who is against Christ, is considered anti-Christ. When he had the cross covered before he gave a speech at Georgetown is proof of his anti-Christ stance. His belief and telling the world, USA is not a Christian nation is another.

Why are we adding up numbers in some cases, multiplying them in others, and taking the cube root in others?
And finally, would you happen to have proof he was born on the 216th day of the year?
