I have a friend who converted from Catholic to Jewish. I told her about your posts, and that I didn’t understand where the readings outside the Old Testament came from. She said I should ask you, and that you should explain them. Are you a Rabbi? Are non-Rabbis called “lay-persons”? Where would one go to find the other readings?
