Famous eighth- to ninth-century manuscript containing two lives of St. Patrick (389-461), a life of St. Martin of Tours (315-97), and a non-Vulgate text of the New Testament. Used for centuries in giving testimony and administering oaths of office. Now in Trinity College, Dublin. (Ad-Mach, Hill of Mach, a legendary queen.)

I’ll post today’s when I get back from the Mission tonight.

What do all of you think? Do you want to continue with this after Easter? I planned on doing it just the last two weeks of Lent.

Could anyone post it daily?

I saw the book while in Dublin. Not quite the Book of Kells, but pretty close!
