Ask Barney Frank (D-MA), chairman of the House Banking committee.
It’s still a sin, even if our society no longer considers it one.
Axe OJ
I for one believe that wickedness with regard to sodomy only applies to man/man.
Nope, now it’s just another subject they teach in kindergarten.
Good Call. I don’t approve but I’m don’t want to argue over what people can or can’t do “behind closed doors.” Cue the Charlie Pride music...
You are right. Barney Fannie Lover Franks helped get lower interest rates if you could prove if you were a sodomite. these loans even came with a free Gimp box to put in your new home.
mommy what does sodomy mean ?
Unless the chicks are ugly.
Indeed. That goes without saying.
Catholic ping!
It's so absurd, and so very sad, to think that man has any right whatsoever to declare acceptable that which God has described as not only sin, but an abomination.
A group of hard workers a couple hundred years ago asked for God's help and blessing as they created the foundation for our country. He heard and answered by blessing this nation as He had none other before. Today we as a country spit in His face at every opportunity, and when He finally gets fed up, it's not gonna be pretty.

Charlie Rich.
We have ignored the warnings God has given us over the last twenty years and now we will have the consequences. We spit in God's face for only so long.
The SCOTUS clearly established a right of privacy in Griswold v. Connecticut, 381 U.S. 479 (1965). This means that this is an area in which is the the government that does not have standing to act, legislate, or rule.
I respectfully disagree. Why?
That way when people especially homosexuals molest children, the fact that they often sodomize them will be counted as a worse crime. Of course, any child molester should face execution, but since that doesn’t happen, at least the sodomy count should be there.
Plus, if it’s illegal, it tends to keep them more in the closet, which is where they belong, instead of in the parks, on the streets, on the beaches, in the public rest rooms, etc.
There is a difference between sin and crime......
Sodomy is not the only sin that is prevalent in the society......
As a matter of fact, its not even the most common sin....even if you go simply by sins concerning sex.....
I agree with regard to the act of homesexual intercourse... but isn’t the definition of sodomy so broad as to include ANY act outside of vaginal intercourse (sorry to be graphic, but we are all adults...)? In other words, any husband/wife activity outside of THE act solely aimed at procreation could, by definition, be categorized as sodomy. I think we could all think of a number of bedroom behaviors that are frequently engaged in even between the most traditional of married couples that, in the true sense of the word, are sodomy. Please, correct me if I’m wrong — it may help me with my guilty concience!! ;o)
