I completely agree with you about deliverance. I think the issue is more about “third wave spiritual warfare” whereby people fore-go preaching the word but instead go around to rooftops making declarations against Satan and think that this is helping “evangelize” the city. They never go in and actually preach the word to the unsaved.
Please ping me when you post on deliverance. But keep in mind “a city” cannot be delivered... only an individual can. Bless you, too, for taking the time to write about it.
I did think your name at top meant you were in agreement with the article. I’m glad you posted it, since you are trying to get a discussion going to bring out what the word says. With limited time, it is hard to keep coming back into religion section. I left my computer, and lost FR, so when I came back in, it ended up with ALL of posts in a list. It was my mistake to think it had been posted in News/Activism.
