America has been greatly blessed by God and has stood as the greatest country in the history of the world for over 200 years. America has many foreign and domestic enemies that are seeking her destruction.
This thread is a daily call and reminder for people of faith who believe in God and in the power of prayer to make a commitment to intercede for America at this critical time in her history
2 Chronicles 7:14
If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
2 Samuel 24:25
David built an altar to the LORD there and sacrificed burnt offerings and fellowship offerings. Then the LORD answered prayer in behalf of the land, and the plague on Israel was stopped.
if we stay faithful in prayer and intercede for america as king david interceded for israel, we will see God's answer.

Lord, give us strength and a desire in our hearts to stand in the gap for america and humbly pray without ceasing for Your mercy and for Your will to be done in our land...we ask in Jesus' Name...amen
Lord, there are those in our congress and government who serve and support evil and are working for the destruction of america. we ask You to remove them and replace them with godly people who will do what is right and truly serve the people. we thank You in Jesus’ Name...amen
And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28
Election of Godly Leaders
Father, we desire to vote intelligently in all elections. We pray that You will bring to light the things we need to know so we may vote in line with Your plan, will and purpose.
May things not only come to light for the Christian community, but may things be made clear to the unbelieving community, as well. We pray that what is right would be so clear that even unbelievers would vote using wisdom and demanding honesty and uprightness from their politicians.
Dear Father, in the Name of Jesus, may the citizens of our nation become so weary of sin and degradation in our nation's leaders that they will begin to seek out godly leaders to represent them on every level of government. Give such leaders favor with the public and the media.
Father, make our nation a fragrance to the earth, a force to be reckoned with, a hand extended to those in need. Amen ...

Lead us to opportunities to share Your Gospel of Hope and Salvation. Grant us boldness to witness to the lost. Deliver us from complacency and apathy.
Create in us a yearning to pray diligently for our nation, that she would turn from her sins, and You would once again look upon her with favor, healing her from all her iniquity. Spare her from the hands of evil that have infiltrated our government and media.
Lord, You have blessed this country beyond measure. Please don't turn Your face from those that love You. Help us to stand firm in our faith, and persistent in fervent prayer.
You alone are worthy of Glory and Honor and Praise. Amen.
