Israeli police are still trying to determine the origin of a barbarous attack on 15-year-old Ami Ortiz, the son of an Ariel-based pastor who was wounded last Thursday when a pipe bomb disguised as a Purim candy package blew up in his face.

Yeah, real mystery there....who blows up little kids?....hmm lemme think...
Yeah really. I am aware of no case of an “apostate” Jew being killed by other Jews, much less a little boy.
I am very familiar with such a case - I celebrated his resurrection two days ago.
Jesus wasn’t an apostate, and can you site a case in the last century?
The leaders of the jewish religion considered Jesus and apostate - that's why they murdered him. And yes I can site a case in the last century - Yitzhak Rabin. Too easy.
Okay I can see this is not worth pursuing but I will try one more time. Jesus was not an apostate, nor was that the reason for his arrest. Rabin was indeed murdered by a Jewish extremist, but he also was not an apostate. That was a political assassination. So to put it more simply, are you aware of anyone being murdered or bombed for formally converting from Judaism to another faith in recent history?
That's the third question you've asked. Every time I answer you change the question, so you're right, it's not worth pursuing, you don't have a clue what point you're trying to make.
It’s not the third question I asked you, I rephrased the first one. Apparently you have no clue what “apostate” means in this context. Don’t worry about it, seems like a good time to drop the conversation.
However, to simplify it before dropping it. The mysterious point I’m making is simply that Jews do not routinely kill apostates, but Muslims do. In fact I’m aware of no modern case of this happening (there may be some, but it’s obviously so rare as to be unheard of). Jesus’ crucifixion had nothing to do with apostasy either theologically or historically, so is not relevant to the discussion.
No, the Romans did. The collaborationist Temple Priests lacked the authority to put false Prophets to death.
