Anti-Religious Site about to take Lead in Weblogawards Voting

An anti-religious website is about to take the lead in the "Funniest Blog" category of the 2007 Weblogawards. The site name is "Sadly No!" and it won last year. A fellow Freeper is in the running with a site named "DUmmie FUnnies" that takes a humourous look at posts on the left wing site "Democratic Underground". This site is currently in the lead by only a few votes and, though it is not a religious site, help is requested to prevent the Sadly No! site from winning.

If you think I am exaggerating about Sadly No! then check that site for yourself.

I never claimed that the DUmmie FUnnies is exactly saintly but we have never smeared Western religions like what happens on a regular basis at Sadly No!

To tell you the truth the DUmmie FUnnies is sort of an irreverent blog but we look like saints compared to Sadly No! Thanx. And if folks want a sign of a miracle, HERE it is. When MtnClimber posted this thread in this Religion forum, the DUmmie FUnnies had fallen behind Sadly No! in the vote totals. IMMEDIATELY after this thread was posted, the DUmmie FUnnies went into the lead. Last I check the gap increased to 26.

BTW, for those of you unfamiliar with the DUmmie FUnnies, my substitute Blogger for the DUFUs is Pastor (and Freeper) Charles Henrickson who sometimes fills in for me. I told Charles he would become the most famous Lutheran Pastor in the country if the DUmmie FUnnies win.

Here is the description of the Sadly, NO! site from their ABOUT section. In case anyone needed more inspiration to vote in this to prevent having them win 2 years in a row!
