The Cathedrals were a wonderful group and George Younce was the best bass I ever heard.

Listening to "Going Home" tonight for one of the giants of gospel music.

The Cathedrals were the greatest. Our loss is Heaven's gain. George was one of the nicest men I do believe that I never met. I love to hear him sing. He was so sincere. I believe he lived what he sang about. May God continue to bless his family and to comfort them in their time of sorrow. This old house is now at rest. May God rest your soul George. So long my friend that I never met.
