You still never answered my questions from a hundred posts ago why should I bother to show you the least courtesy. I mean you were the one that started throwing insults around (by the 14th post wasn't it) all I do is assert facts about your lack of knowledge and you scream looser. I took a biotech class that taught me some pretty fascinating stuff. For instance, have you heard of "knockout mice"? They "create" mice to have genes, or in this case, seemingly nonsense DNA excluded from it's genome. The results were fascinating.

One mouse could not walk forward, only backwards. One mouse consumed (ate) itself. One mouse could not stop eating food. One mouse seemed to lack mating instinct, although physiologically normal.

Fascinating stuff is it not? Have seen experiments where they have tried to fix a defect by inserting a good gene from another mouse. It did not work. Then they added some 250,000 base pairs of 'junk DNA' from each side of the gene and then the replacement worked perfectly well. That non-coding DNA is not junk has been proven in numerous ways but evolutionists keep lying about it in spite of the numerous scientific proofs against their claims.

I agree, although I don't remember exactly why they were doing it!! Hehe - it was an intro class, and the particular chapter this was pertaining to was gene therapy. As far as cost - this company sells knockout mice to pharmaceutical companies, universities and the like, so I'm sure cost wasn't a huge issue here.

That is the kind of arrogance and uninformed nonsense that evolutionists have been spewing and has been completely refuted by science. Only evos would be so stupid and/or dishonest to claim that 95% of DNA is junk just there so they could prove their stupid theory. Evolution has done more harm to science and consequently killed numerous people with their dishonest arrogance.

When a lab is studying a new gene, making a knockout mouse is usually pretty far down on the list of things to do. It is expensive, time consuming and risky. Usually you can publish several papers characterizing the gene in immortalized cell lines you can keep in an incubator. These are abnormal cells in the sense that they will grow forever outside of the body, but they are cheap and convienient to work with. It has become easy to "knockout" a gene's function in these cultured cells and get some initial data.

A defense of sliming! If you folks are scientists then you should deal with scientific issues like scientists by discussing the facts, not by insults, spamming and ridicule. What you and your friends show is that evolution is indefensible scientifically and therefore you must resort to the tactics of tyrants and thugs and try to silence those who tell the truth.
