Heh. Had the same thought, then saw your post. 'Course, the half inch hole comes after the dirtbag gets pounded into something resembling rasperry jelly, and might just be redundant.

Ive seen that camers all over the place in those darn pop up ads. What this guy did is wrong, but the law says its only a misdemeanor, not a felony wiyh a death penalty, though I see a couple of responders would kill this man for what he did.
I believe that a minor crime deserves minor punishment, and this guy did not commit a felony, therefore, he deserves minor punishment, not the book thrown at him by this goofball judge who either wants his name in the media, or has no concept of true justice, in my opinion.
I bet this judge has a record of condeming small time criminals, and letting real threats to our safety off the hook. The ninth circuit has proven it has no understanding of justice; there must be something in the water.
