Another reason to vote straight Republican until further notice.

Why? Idaho is supposed to be one of the most Republican states around and Boise State University pulled the same stunt to get land for residence halls.

And the paper today said that Senators Craig and Crapo were for letting illegal aliens go to universities at the resident rate. (I bet they're in favour of grants to illegals too.)

Some people view gold as portable realestate. When the 1933 FDR executive order that brought the police powers of the state down on private possessors of gold, imagine how much loss there was in terms of gold "realestate." Was not the people's gold as much part of their lives back then as land realestate is today?

Though those laws are unenforced today, they remain on the books and could be reactivated at whim. I doubt many people would obey and turn theirs in, but then it would not be possible to openly trade gold for things or currency as is done today. Point is that the government at this time believes it has a greater ownership interest in your gold coins than you have.

Bottom line is that the elite does not want commoners to own anything real. Only the elite can own the real things, and commoners must only be allowed to own symbols because those symbols can be manipulated. The elite would rather the commoners own dollars that symbolize the abstraction of bank credit rather than precious metals that are real wealth. Or mortgates that symbolize a packet of rights in a house, but the bank owns the true title to the house. Even with a paid off house, the state owns the true title and can sell the house on the courthouse steps if property taxes are unpaid.

We are quickly approaching that time Jefferson warned of in which the posterity of the people of the revolutionary age will wake up and find themselves serfs and slaves in the land that their fathers conquered.

Better start to understand that the tool of conquest that the elite is using with great success is bank credit, and irredeemable paper money.

There are ways to stop SOB's like this....in fact there's a property rights group in Dallas that has saved people's homes from foreclosures and are developing strategies to stop these city hall Nazi's dead in their tracks. Everyone must understand that these city gov'ts. have no jurisdiction over it's local residents. City codes, ordinances, etc. are not law and are only devised to suck more $ out of the pockets of local citizens. Also, these cities crying poverty are full of it......most citizens only see "budgeted" figures that usually precede the fiscal year...we've never seen the "actual" figures at the end of the year reported on CAFR's (Comprehensive Annual Fin'l Reports). Keyword CAFR and you'll see some interesting info.

Good info and just an FYI, with properly prepared paperwork and notices sent to the appropriate gov't. officials houses can be saved from foreclosure, especially in the case of property taxes. Everyone must start to understand the process by which these slimeballs are seizing property from honest taxpayers. Currently, numerous groups are springing up around the country uncovering more info all the time about the "admminstrative process" used by these artifical corporations known as the City of _____ attempting to use codes, ordinances, etc. to churn more $ from taxpayers and to gain ever increasing control over their citizens property and affairs.
