All interests in the Lesser Antilles, Puerto Rico and Florida need to closely monitor the path of this very dangerous storm.

Eh, exceedingly unlikely it strikes anwhere in the Carib given current motion and location.
Probably 70% chance of missing the US mainland, 30% chance of hitting.

Also, were it to hit the US, it wouldn't do so for another 8-10 days.

Hawaii has a hurricane to deal with at this time also. Hurricane Jimena is predicted to hit within 60 miles of the Big Island on Labor Day. Category 2

Hey Joe,
Miss Jackson-Lee might be dismayed to learn that "Tyrone" is a little bit too Irish and therefore, too white sounding:
Tir(Land) + Eogan(Owen) = "Land of Owen"
Pronounced: "tear ROWN". It's the name place of King Eogan of the royal house of O'Neil (the Northern Ui Neil dynasty in Ireland).

The way things look, and with the persistant east coast trough, this one will either miss (likely) or hit somewhere in New England sometime around next weekend.

Thank God, I was lucky enough to survive Hurricane Andrew, and I pray this monster stays away. Don't want to EVER go through that hell again, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I don't like that barometric pressure .. it's darn low. Here's a good weather site, too: www.wunderground,com.
Stay alert for Grace and Fabian, all you coastal Freepers!
