At the end of the day, we have a judge who is deciding to throw out the rule of law and defy eight of his own fellow judges because of his belief that the TC should be stuck in the middle of a rotunda for some vague purpose.There's nothing vague about it. He's trying to promote the view that these alleged "laws of God" are more important than the codified laws of our nation. Considering that the First Amendment protects the right to violate three to four of the Ten Commandments, I'd say it's the other way around.
