Has anyone considered that the guard might have had a bladder infection which caused him to have to urinate suddenly?....and from a worker comfort issue, shouldn't there be portajohns located at intervals along the walls and rooftops so this kind of situation never has to happen again? Sheeh, everyone is jumping to conclusions.
Hmm two guards having to urinate suddenly at the same time? Now that would be a coincidence...

Greene County also paid a total of $100,000 to the four inmates.
Why are we paying restitution rather than the guard????

Greene County Circuit Judge Don Burrell said he hoped the sentence would help Justin Hastings better understand what it was like to be dependent on those with power. In other words, the judge wants Hastings to be a peon. Quite appropriate.

You're right. I had a college class with a CA guard who astonished me with the lengthy rules and regulations guards must follow.
The inmates run the asylum.
