I don't know. I heard a physicist on Art Bell talk about nuclear capabilities of NK, and at the time Iraq.

The real worry about NK is detonating a bomb at altitude to create an artificial radiation belt - disrupting communications, surveillance, etc.

"They" are working on ways to clean that possible belt. (yet another use for HAARP????)
