How big is his campaign war chest? And does he get to keep it if he resigns?

This seems like a rather silly time to announce his candidacy for President.

He's gone crazy as a result of the recall and will announce that he is pardoning every single felon currently residing in the state prisons.

Saw a plan the other day where: 1) Gov resigns (recall over), 2) Lt Gov becomes Gov., 3) Lt. Gov appoints Davis as Lt. Gov. 4) Gov resigns. 5) Lt. Gov (Davis) becomes Gov. 6) Gov appoints Lt. Gov. (right back where we started from, except NO Recall!)

Whatever his announcement it's sure to be a lie to the voters of California. Anything important he had to say could have been said BEFORE the certification.

Damn, I almost don't want to leave work and miss the action on the ride home. I doubt my local AM station will carry the nonsense.

I figured it out. If Davis does resign he is doing so for the following reasons.

He will resign to avoid costing the state and national RAT parties millions and millions of dollars that they will need to spend to try and defeat the recall, while simultainioiusly spending millions and millions to try and get a RAT elected because the recall will pass.

That is not what he will say though publicly.

He will resign and go into exile in Liberia, while Charles Taylor will announce he's running for governor of California.

Knowing the way ol' Grayout works, I'll wager he's going to go on the offensive against RINO Schwarzenegger.

Davis is many things, but he's made his career out of being the last man (sic) standing.

I'll probably be about the 100th person to post this, but if Davis resigns, the recall still takes place. His opportunity to resign to avoid a recall passed some time ago.

Better yet, he'll come out with a leader of the powerful Albino minority who'll say Davis is the first Albino governor!

The dirty, nasty low down campaign that Davis loves so very much is starting. Now that the creep has a real target (Arnold) Davis can unleash his nasties.

I have a feeling that Arnold is going to make a fool out Davis in the following weeks. Arnold does not seem to take the crap personally. He seems to be in this thing just for the fun.

In order for the idiot to resign he would have to have something he doesn't even know exists: a sense of honor. Remember, he has been taking advice from Bill The Rat Clinton.
