No, that was not my point.
Uranium, even lightly enriched uranium, is not a “weapon of mass destruction”. It could be used to make a dirty bomb, but in its present state it is just raw material. Should I be accused of having a “weapon of mass destruction” because I have both chlorine bleach and ammonia glass cleaner under my kitchen sink?
