"Muslim" Driver's License Woman Is Convicted Child Abuser: See Her UNVEILED (Ulterior Motive?)
The Smoking Gun ^ | May 29, 2003

MAY 28--Turns out the Florida woman who is suing for the right to wear a Muslim headdress in a driver's license photograph has previously been subjected to an, um, unveiled government portrait. Following her 1997 conversion to Islam, Sultaana Freeman (formerly Sandra Keller) was arrested in Decatur, Illinois for battering a foster child. Freeman, 35, pleaded guilty in 1999 to felony aggravated battery and was sentenced to 18 months probation. As a result of the conviction, state officials removed two foster children from Freeman's care. The mug shot of the felonious Freeman (below left) was taken after her arrest in the Illinois case. Freeman returned to the dock this week--that's her testifying in the below right photo--to challenge Florida rules requiring prospective drivers to submit to unveiled photos for their licenses. Last year, Freeman sued the state after her license was revoked when she failed to allow officials to photograph her sans headdress. State officials contend that, in light of the September 11 attacks, it is crucial that all motorists now be photographed in an unadorned state. (1 page)

According to that chart behind her she's six feet six inches tall.

I'm calling the Laker's- she's got game!

Ditto. She's definitely not ugly. She is plain but easily salvagable, looks-wise. (The psychological issues would require greater effort.)

I think read about that section of the Koran. It went something like: "Thou shalt not allow thy women to drive automobiles."

There is also the section that states: "Thy women shall wear veils in public, and not allow their picture to be taken, especially for driver's licenses."

Look at the left side of the chart; it's in centimeters. She's 166 cm tall, about 5'5".

I think 66 inches puts her at 5 feet 6 inches tall.

(I don't think she's signing the Nike endorsement contract just yet.)

I wouldn't be suprised if someone started up the new religion that prays to The Supreme Bankrobber and requires all members to wear ski masks, or the nylons if they're into fashion.

How about one to these guys?
They already have a following.

And the name of their group brings to mind most muslims.

And that's the reason why we have to insist upon photos. Too many people will abuse Muslim custom to flout our laws.

She is entitled to equal protection under law. Under the laws of the state, everyone is treated equally by the requirement for a full face photo on the drivers license. She is not being treated any differently than anyone else, regardless of religion.

Case closed.

As a Christian, if the law stands in opposition to my beliefs, then I either avoid the contradictory activity, or I go ahead and do it with the understanding that I might be penalized or punished by the state. My choice.

I agree, she's a test case to see how many U.S. laws they can undermine. With the willing assistance of the lib's, of course.

Just great... a scumbag woman is found guilty of battering a helpless foster child and she gets probation. If she went to jail where she belonged there would not be a question of photo id veils to begin with...she'd be wearing stripes.

It kills me that this story has been reported nationally for months, and is known I'm sure to tens of thousands of "credentialed" journalists, and yet it took a few guys at Smokinggun.com, where I bet no degree from Columbia School of Journalism or any other journalism school is to be found, to uncover the fact that the woman is a convicted felon.

Could it be that mainstream liberal journalists are so frightened of using a banned word or holding a banned position (banned according to politically correct thinking, that is), that they can't even ask obvious questions like "Does this woman have something to hide?"

Mustn't question the motives of a member of the "religion of peace." Very bad form in certain circles.

Perhaps it's 66 inches tall (a mere 5ft 6in).

Yes, I wonder what kind of car Mohammed drove...or the authors of the Koran...

Woman may not drive carts with fewer than two donkeys, but no more than four, and not on Wednesdays (/sarcasm)
