Byrd thinks entirely too much of himself. Needless to say, I don't share his view.

To All of you West Virginia freepers...
Just before the war kicked off, when Daschle was shooting off his mouth, a bunch of Freepers, including yours truly, wrote letters to the editors and publishers of the S.D. newspapers. My own tomes demanded that they rein in Daschle. In recent months, Daschle has done a 180 on the war. I don't know what else to attribute it to other than influential people in S.D. raining on his parade.
I'd like to see some W.V. locals provide us with e-mails, phone and fax numbers.

"Byrd will sure look foolish when the WMD are located. But it would be nice to find out who forged the 'proof' of Iraq's nuclear documents."
I believe Rush reported that it was the French who did the forging.

Senator Robert ("KKK") Byrd is a permanent incumbent. That means he is no longer accountable to anyone for anything that he says. His only (possibly) effective enemies are gravity and biology. Fortunately, those are having their effect. Unfortunately, they are too slow. The only reason that anyone takes anything that this old f*rt (excuse me, make that fool, or fossil) seriously is the attachment of the title "Senator" to his name. Otherwise, put a shopping cart in front of him, put him on a street corner, and he would be called a "mumbler."
In the immortal words of Bugs Bunny, he is "a maroon."
Did I miss anything?

Somebody pin a diaper around this guy's face...
The load of sh*t coming out of Byrd's mouth on a regular basis is ridiculous.

Byrd reminds me of a hateful old man I used to know. When he would talk about lynching blacks (only he didn't call them that) he would get that same nasty gleam in his eyes that Byrd gets when he's attacking the president.

Byrd says the new flock of democratic contenders for 2004 Presidential election "has become embarassing so let's talk about something else."

Now I know where the name "Dodo Byrd" came from.

Old "Sheets" Byrd having a senior moment ... happening with distressing frequency lately. I think his Depends are chafing him.
Or maybe he's got his KKK sheets stored where the sun don't shine.
