Up here in Alaska I heard on the news that the Coast Guard is requesting a Predator or other large UAV to patrol off the coast for Russian trawlers illegally fishing in US waters.
Personally I think using a UAV in AZ is a great idea, it should however be able to cruise for days nonstop to be really effective.
