Mr. Blum also serves as a director of the Shaklee Corporation, ImmuLogic Pharmaceutical Corporation, the Sumitomo Bank of California, Triad Systems Corporation, CB Commercial Real Estate Group (formerly Coldwell Banker, a holding company for various real estate enterprises), the National Education Corporation (proprietary education and training) and AGP Industrial Corporation.
