Bump! For years the twerps could poke their noses at the rest of us. Now the shoe is on the other foot and they're yowling in pain. I don't feel the least bit sorry for their plight. They made their bed and its time for them to sleep in it.

Perkins is their token for conservatives and affirmative action!
It's too bad that he isn't syndicated nationally.

"actor Sean Penn, who recently whined that his anti-war activism cost him a promised role in a coming film titled "Why Men Shouldn't Marry"
I'm sure he can get an acting job in Baghdad. I hear Baghdad Bob's position is open. Penn is fully qualified, he is just as delusional as was Bob (rip).

Do us non-limo-libs prostitute our politics to sell our latest project?
No.
Do us non-limo-libs have our own private publisist cutting every angle to get us face time in the press, no matter how vile our views?
No.
Do us non-limo-libs have our own personal fortune to buy full page adds with our own money and call it a "movement"?
No.
Do us non-limo-libs go out of our way to divide this great nation and demoralize the troops who are laying their lives on the line for us?
No.
What can us non-limo-libs do in the face of such an onslaught of ignorance?
Speak out. conservativly, in our own little ways, we speak out. weather it's a simple "naaa, how about something else" when your wife suggests renting Bull Durram, or quietly skipping over the Dixie Chix CD in the bin, or flipping the channel when someone is prostituting their politics to schlep their latest project, we speak out.
All of these individual voices would have *zero* effect on an ignorant artists bottom line if there weren't so many of us, and isn't that the thing ?
The Dixie Chick CD dropped over 40% in juust a few days because of the slow, patient, quiet, conservative way one person at a time decided to speak out in the only way they can, in the only language a limo-lib understands,
a sock to their pocket book.

- Philip Morris, a going business concern, has the First Amendment right to issue a press release saying, "We know that our product can cause cancer and don't give a damn" (true or not). Why don't they issue such a release? Among other reasons, lousy PR. Their stock value would plummet, and rightfully so.
- Newt Gingrich, a public figure, has the First Amendment right to issue a press release saying, "I hate Negroes" (true or not). Why doesn't he issue such a release? Among other reasons, lousy PR. He'd be pilloried in the press, and rightfully so.
- Hollywood entertainers, as media creations, have a First Amendment right to issue a press release saying, "We don't support President Bush" (whether that opinion is informed or not). They are also free to accept the consequences of their actions.

This is an interesting article from what I consider a liberal newspaper...maybe they are getting it too?

Bull Durham couldn't have been much of a challenge for either of them. He played a juvenilistic pathetic idiotic loser, she played a big fat HO.

Robbins, Sarandon and their fellow Hollywood lefties need to understand that the rules have changed since the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks. The American people no longer are willing to give them a free pass for comments, for actions that border on sedition.Well, there's the media, and there's the people. The media IS giving a free pass to these Hollywood lamebrains, as a matter of fact is trying to defend them. The backlash is coming from the PEOPLE in individual, (all right you lefties, payback is hell, and here it comes) UNILATERAL fashion.
Sept 11 has changed a lot but it is still dangerous to be a conservative, and Bill and Hillary are still being given a free pass.

Dale Petroskey has a right to his opinions too, which the Hollywood libs just don't seem to understand.
Since no one is going to travel to France this summer I'd like to suggest we all visit The Hall of Fame. It's a great place in a beautiful town in beautiful upstate New York.
Play ball!!!!!
