If the government and the state agencies would enforce the crime statutes there would be less motivation by the ragheads and raghead wannabes to injure or kill their fellow countrymen. Akbar should have a quick courts martial and be executed as soon as possible. The fact he has lived for a week since his treasonable acts makes me think we are going to drag his trial and punishment out to satisfy the liberals and bleeding hearts and encourage others to do the treasonable acts just for publicity.

This is an issue that transcends this particular case. The same forces that are behind the constant enacting of new, often dangerous laws, have politically handcuffed authorities from enforcing may of the laws already on the books, the enforcement of which would deter many crimes, because those same forces are encouraging criminality from certain groups.

C'mon, get real! Do you really expect a man who is dealing with our mortal enemies to say just what he's thinking? And how would such naivete help us? Folks with a smidgen of sense can distinguish between things he really believes, and those he has to say for diplomacy's sake. Perhaps you expect him to also announce our troop movements to the world.
