Arkansas Representative JODIE MAHONY continues his attempts at what seems to be SUBVERSIVE LEGISLATION!

1. He wants the Arkansas Legislature to repeal an older Arkansas law that is against the Communist Party. On the surface, this is a proper bill to repeal what MAY BE an unconstitutional law. On it's own, no problem. But they added a very odd EMERGENCY CLAUSE to it that vaguely references lawsuit?? Nothing has been brought out into the open and the Arkansas Legislature refuses to acknowledge publically that this bill exists.

2. Not one democrat in this nation will even THINK of proposing that we make ENGLISH our Official Language for government, business, and schools - claiming we're racists! But Arkansas Representative JODIE MAHONY want us to establish SPANISH officially!

3. Trying heavily, the left-wing extremists in the Arkansas Legislature, with the approval of Arkansas Representative JODIE MAHONY, are attempting to pass a BLANK (nothing but the title) Anti-American bill called SB-969 THE ARKANSAS INTOLERABLE ACTS LAW

4. And now, I heard in a news item as an "aside item", a mention of the latest attempt at ANTI-FREEDOM legislation. Arkansas Representative JODIE MAHONY is, by all appearances, the Official Sponsor of PETA. This ties in well with the above listed legislation when you find that the organizational leaders of PETA are very closely tied to, A.N.S.W.E.R., American Socialist Party, GREEN Party, International Communist Party, VEGANs, Sierra Club, and many many more.

Did you know if Arkansas Representative JODIE MAHONY gets this bill passed, if you kick your dog, they will send you to a Pscychological Ward for "evaluation"? Shades of the GULAG!

TV station attack could be illegal

Questions are being raised about the legality of the bombing of Iraqi television's main station in Baghdad. The attack appears to have been triggered by Washington's determination to pull the plugs on a vital propaganda weapon of Saddam Hussein's regime.
Amnesty International said that the bombing could be a breach of the Geneva Conventions.

The Constitutional Amendment put on the ballot by out-of-state PETA scum - was totally and embarassingly DEFEATED by the voters when we got out the word of exactly WHO put this on the ballot and exactly WHAT it really meant.

What are you trying to pull over on the citizens of Arkansas? Someone in particular you are trying to put into the "Psych ward" of a hospital?

SECTION 3. EMERGENCY CLAUSE. It is found and determined by the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas that adequate investigative, enforcement, and intervention resources will not be available for the identification of serious offenders and appropriate rehabilitative efforts unless the General Assembly recognizes, by the upgrading of extreme crimes against animals to the status of a felony, the seriousness of the threat against society posed by such violators. Therefore, an emergency is declared to exist and this act being immediately necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, and safety shall become effective on:
...(1) The date of its approval by the Governor;
...(2) If the bill is neither approved nor vetoed by the Governor, the expiration of the period of time during which the Governor may veto the bill; or
...(3) If the bill is vetoed by the Governor and the veto is overridden, the date the last house overrides the veto.
