I have it from good sources that Akbar is already in confinement back in the states. He should have been back here before he had the chance to kill anyone.

They are generally composed of anyone in the military, not just officers. But I am sure that the prosecution will not allow an OJ jury to be empanneled.

Firing squad? One can only hope.

Likely? Likely?
I told my husband when they showed him being picked up by the arms by those soldiers, that he looked way too good, I didn't see any blood or bruises. He should already be dead. Traitor dirtbag.

yeah, that's what i said about Johnny Taliban and he didn't get death.
Let's take the damn gloves off and get serious. Let's kick some damn ass already!!!
He must die--justice!!
To: faithincowboys
"Johnny Taliban" was not a soldier in the U.S. Army who tried to kill his fellow soldiers, including and especially officers.
"Johnny Taliban" was not under the UCMJ.

Thanks for the correction. I guess I was just hoping.
To: Illbay
death to them both, i say!
To: hunyb
You are 100% right on this.
The whole case is tainted by more than a few things. First, the "embedded" press. The only thing that should have been embedded is bullet fragments in the perps skull.
The right thing couldn't be done because of the )(&&^%^& press cameras there 24/7. The solution would have taken less than .5 second, problem solved.
The second thing is the stupid "diversity" movement. The hell with diversity. "Religion of Peace, my @$$. Light'em up.

"Religion of Peace, my @$$. If they took a poll, I'm sure the public agrees with you, but politicians and the media will never say it.
To: gdc61
am i correct in assuming the military still employs a firing squad? I heard it was lethal injection. Either way, dead is dead.
To: God luvs America
His step-father then said when he sat down with him (Akbar) and had breakfast three years ago around Christmas, Asan Akbar was very distressed about how hard it was for a black man to make rank in the military (as we speak a black general is on my television holding a press conference at Centcom) and it was not right. Not to mention the black general who is now Secretary of State and who could have made a formidable run at the White House if he chose to do so.
To: God luvs America
Finally the lawyer made me run to the toilet and vomit. First the guy was ill-informed "I understand Assan has a bachelor's degree in engineering from a university in California," and totally oblivious to the facts, "people must realize how this has traumatized the Akbar family." Too bad they can't execute the lawyer too.
