Thank you for letting us know about your son Karl, Sam. Prayers up.
Father in Heaven,
We ask that you will grant your love and attention to Karl, an Infantryman in the National Guard supporting the 101st Airborne Division. We are grateful for his service, and we ask that you will take our prayers and best wishes for him and transform them into a tangible light substance over him for his protection. Let him be clad in the whole armor of God. We ask that you will assign angels to be with him constantly to guard and direct him on all of his missions. According to thy will, please let this be done for all of the young men and women serving in the US and coalition forces.
Bless the family and loved ones of this brave young man. Grant them peace, comfort, and reassurance of your constant care during this time of danger and separation. Let the lawful pride this family and our nation have in this fine young man and all who serve with him under arms be amplified to the point that all negativity and naysayers are vanquished in their efforts to degrade the morale of our people. We ask that you will protect the morale of our troops and let them know of a certainty that the vast majority of Americans here at home are behind them, wishing them well, and holding the vigil for them and their mission. Father, bring Karl and all our young people home safely and victoriously.
Amen

Please add to the list Daniel Osborne (Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 1-43rd out of Ft. Riley, Kansas), friend of a friend, and Danny Oz, special ops, son of a friend and colleague.
May God guide them and all our brave soldiers safely home to their loved ones.

Hello,
I am greatful to have found your prayer line for the U.S. Soldiers in Iraq. My brother is over there serving in the Army. Everyday I pray, I feel my prayers are just becoming routine now and I wait. My little brother has a wife and a son. The news is a count down and I pray God and Jesus will protect him and all our soldiers over there and bring a peaceful resolution to this war and the Iraqi Country/Government and People. If I have given out any dangerous information to put him in harms way please delete it. I thank you for your prayers to God for my brother and all U.S. military and personal over there. Also, God Bless the Iraqi people, may they find peace and healing and hope with our presence there and mostly with God and Jesus. God Bless everyone, and may the lie or the abuser let my people go! And may the Truth and Love be revealed! May all our loved ones come home with God speed, health and happiness always. In Jesus name amen. Please add my brother to the list of soldiers currently in Iraq serving the U.S. Military. SSG Michael (Dom)

Greetings, LetMyPeopleGo!!
You are most welcome here! As you may have already figured out, we have put together several of these troop prayer threads and are currently working on the 6th one.
http://freerepublic.com/focus/news/917197/posts?q=1&&page=151 If you would like to join us there, we have posted a prayer for your brother at post 197.
If you will look on the home page to FreeRepublic.com, you will find to the very left under "Forum Registry" a link called "MY MAIL." If you click on that, you will see your freepmail! You should have some from me by now. Another cool place to look is under "COMMENTS". This will show you all the posts you have made and the posts which other people have addressed to you. You should have several of those by now, too.
Again, welcome to the Troop Prayer Thread! We are very grateful for your brother's service.
As I write this, I realized I have made the assumption in a couple of places that you are Michael's sister....if I have erred in that regard, please forgive me.
Sincerely,
TEXOKIE
