All our service people are at risk right now, as terrorists can target them anywhere.
I just heard about new protocols for airlines, about Captains and crews being trained what to do if a terrorist mixes two liquids on board and creates poison gas...the flight attendants have to manage to alert the flight deck before succumbing, so the pilot can depressurize the plane and dive, hoping that 80% of the passengers will manage to get to the oxygen masks and survive the depressurization.
It's grim every where out there now.
God bless you and all your buddies.

Good point! "Two or more gathered in His name..." indeed! It is a joy to be able to be on the front lines in the spiritual front of the war. One of our number pointed out early on that that is the key to the outer war, and will be where the outer war will be won. Our prayers are extremely vital ammunition for our troops!

Thank you for bringing Psalm 91 to our attention, sakka. IMHO it is highly appropriate in these circumstances.
Prayers up for your friend Rick.
Father, we place before you and lift up in prayer your child Rick who is serving on the USS Constellation. Lift up each and every one of his shipmates. They are doing a vital, dangerous, and unsung job in the war these days. Bless them and their families. Bless and surround with your love and our prayers each of these and all who are serving in the navy and other armed forces. Strengthen them and their resolved to fight the good fight.
Strengthen the resolve of our leaders and our people. Let only your will be done in this conflict. We want your Divine Plan to be made manifest. Shatter the predictions and rumors and propaganda which whip up men's fears. Help all to see the Truth of the situation whatever it is. Expose the lies, whatever they may be. Take command of both sides and forces and work Your will. Amen
