The 101st sent most of their gear and equipment by ship about 2 weeks ago (don't worry, this is from the broadcast news channels). From what I saw on tonight's news, it mas only the personnel who were leaving, probably to get where ever they are going just ahead of their equipment.

The noose is tightening. The 101st will be there by tomorrow and set up within 2 or 3 days after that.

Getting real close. I predicted that about 2 to 3 weeks after we stopped hearing about large new call ups that we would be fully ready. It has been about 2 weeks. (The 101st received their orders 3 weeks ago)

Methinks the 101st Air Assault has had duplicate equipment prepositioned in Kuwait and Diego Garcia for some time now.

More to this than meets the eye.

Be Seeing You,

Chris

"Estrada confirmation Tuesday"?

Tuesday's child is full of grace. Augers well.

"Declaration of war Wednesday"?

Wednesday's child is full of woe. Bye, bye, Saddam.

Death From Above Prodcutions is proud to announce the 2003 Death From Above tour, featuring THE ALL AMERICANS & SCREAMING EAGLES REUNION TOUR.

Playing old favorites like:

S'cuse me, while I kill this guy
While your mom gently weeps
We're an American band
Smoke on your bunker
I fought the law and the law won
(please don't) let it bleed (that's my femoral artery)
Saturday Night's all right for fightin'(but we'll kill you sunday too)

And their crowd pleasing favorite, a cover version of the Cheap Trick anthem...SURRENDER

Gitcher tickets quick- this show will not be in town for long.

Here's to one of my brothers, Jimmy, who was in the 101st back in the early 60s. He passed away a few years ago. I'm not sure how many jumps he made , a couple hundred at least.

To all of his brothers serving today in service of our country in this unit and many others

God Bless and Godspeed

According to reports I have seen the Iraqi army is about at 25% fighting strength with morale being very low.

It may be a walkover with limited bloodshed.

Can she summons a giant moth with high-pitched warbling? ;^)
