I just received two confirming phone calls from C-SPAN and they will be at the Patriots Rally for America IV at the Sylvan Theater tomorrow morning to tape the rally. Thank you, C-SPAN!

It has been quite a day and it looks as though all the local TV stations and many radio stations, along with the Washington Post and the Washington Times will be sending representatives to the Mall to report on the Patriots Rally.

If there's any way at all that you can make it to Washington, DC to join what we hope will be a good-sized rally to show support for our men and women of the military - the members of the DC Chapter of Free Republic would be much obliged.

Our service men and women stand ready, in any weather, to defend each of us against those tyrants and terrorists around the world who wish to kill us and destroy our great country.

The very least we can do to show our appreciation for their dedication to freedom and democracy is to rally together at the Sylvan Theater on the grounds of the Washington Monument at 11am tomorrow (Saturday, March 1st) and tell them "Thank You!" and that we love them all and stand behind them 100%

And I can't say this enough... if you just can't find a way here, please, please, please find a rally near you to attend, or make your own.

This is the weekend that Americans who love America and all that she stands for take it to the streets.

Time to see if all the armchair Generals are willing to put their "feet" where their mouth is. Basded on past performance, I'm guessing they'll be AWOL. I don't mean to throw cold water on the event. But, reality is reality. For all the talk of "patriotism" and "supporting the troops," the turnout to demonstrate those sentiments has been disappointing to say the least.

I am watching Cspan2 a it is the Boradcast owership Rules we got to keep our conservation radio stations. These liberals are griping!

The streets are all ours tomorrow. At past rallies I'm sure some folks feared for their safety because the not-so-peaceful-left were marching on the same day.

This time they wimped out because they couldn't get the numbers as in previous events; their core folks got tired of riding buses with other stinky people, and the soccer moms and the like have begun to realize that they were marching with people who hate our country.

With the leftists out of the picture, there is no reason not to come out.

TRUE STORY: TONIGHT WE LEAFLETTED SOMEONE WHO REPORTED THAT THEY ALREADY GOT A LEAFLET FROM US YESTERDAY WHEN WE WERE AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION!! LOL.

As I keep telling out-of-towner Republic -- who's doing a GREAT job and spent part of today outside the White House leafletting for the rally and driving the "Code Pink" ladies up a wall -- the DC Freepers are hard core.

Republic's hard core too. It's amazing how much work she did today.

The C-Span representative told me that they wouldn't know when the rally would be on the schedule -- perhaps they need to see exactly how long it is and they do have to put in the captions with speakers' names in after the fact. Anyway, she said to start looking for the program to be scheduled a little while after the event ends.
