When Drugs were a good thing...

I had a "drug problem when I was a young person.

I was "drug to Sunday School; I was "drug to church on Sunday mornings. I was "drug" to church on Sunday nights and I was "drug to church on Wednesday nights.

I was "drug to the woodshed when I disobeyed my parents, told a lie, brought home a bad report card or did speak with respect.

Those "drugs" are still in m;y veins, and they affect my behavior in nearly everything I do, say, and think.

They are stronger than cocaine, crack, or heroin.

If more children had this "drug" problem, America would certainly be a better place.

I was "drug to Sunday School; I was "drug to church on Sunday mornings.
I was "sent" to Sunday School so my Dad and stepmom had some "free time to theirself". I was "sent" to church Sunday morning because the bus that brought me to Sunday School didn't leave until after services were over. Nevertheless, I'm glad I "went", no matter the reasons why. It made me a better person.
I was "sent" to bed Sunday night because I had school on Monday.
Who needed a woodshed, or even a reason? Wherever and whatever. I was "sent" a message and I learned the message well.
I Cor. 13:11 When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.
Some never grow up and some haven't yet put away childish things.
