I have a feeling that normal flight paths are altered whenever such a large concentration of leaders assembles. I doubt you could get any kind of plane, of any size, within ten miles of the White House or Capitol building tonight. Maybe even twenty. I'm sure someone here knows the exact protocol used in these situations.

I would expect it to be closed. The reason for closing the three airports I mentioned was to preclude a plane coming in for a landing and at the last minute vearing off at a target in D.C. like the Capitol!
