The plant requires a warm climate (Zone 10-11 in the USA) and I would need a greenhouse here to grow it. So make some room in your indoor marijuana patch.

Green, Prickly, and Sour? This sounds like something Monica already tried to cure her obesity.

I can understand why you would lose your appetite and thirst if this was the only thing to eat or drink for miles and miles around.

"I can understand why you would lose your appetite and thirst if this was the only thing to eat or drink for miles and miles around." I've read 2-3 books on these Bushmen...They are physically different than all other humans. The males have a semi-erect penis all the time and the females have an 'apron' over their genital area. (No-kidding.) They are real interesting folks...some have even speculated that they are the Leprachauns of Irish legends....they are quiet, small, never fight, have pointed ears and dance around fires all night.

Another panacea. Another attempt to have cake and eat it too. The cause of obesity is caloric intake that exceeds caloric expenditure. When they're brought into equilibrium, weight gain ceases. When they're reversed, fat is lost. It's that simple. And it's too bad that people are always looking for some substitute for exercise of will and self-denial.

I bought the U.S. rights for resale- cost me $2.50 and 2 recappable tires. I sell territory rights- just send me $250,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.59 for your area.

(In my opinion, it's more like 60,000 years...The oldest in Africa and they're Asian.)
You mean, like black Africans are also actually from the Pacific and not descendents of Lucy at all?

It looks like something we used to dig up & bring home from deep south Texas. We called it pickle cactus but I am sure it had another name. Then there was that other stuff we found, payote (sp). The Indian tribes had religious ceremonies using it. I'll bet it made you think you were thin & tall & rich & whatever. lol

The tribes were grandfathered in on the peyote usage. Hope you never got caught.

"You had me going for a while, but nobody dances around fires all night!" They do, just not every night.
