My opinion of this guy has always been that he is a nut case. Having lived in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for many years, it was impossible not to have been exposed to him, as he popped up in the media all the time. In fact, if I'm not mistaken, I think he even had some sort of show on the local PBS station.

Yeah, it used to be on right after McLaughlin, IIRC. I would sometime injure myself scrambling for the remote. (Also in DFW.)
