Hal, do you have direct AP wire access? Or just a better web site than I do?

Nooooo! Run Al, run. If you run the Republicans have a good chance of picking up the 2/3 majority we need to make the democRATs completely irrelevant in the Senate.

Al gore making a scene with his wife by sticking his tongue down her throat at every instant they are on camera has got to be some sign of mental illness.
To: Timesink
Way to go, Al... Now there's nothing left to get in the way of Al Sharpton's White House dreams. (snicker, snicker)
To: Paul Atreides
I hope that he tries to blame it on Rush, like Rush had plans to disrupt his book-signing.
Ironically, I have a sense that his decision not to run has more to do with the vicious attacks against Trent Lott than anything else. I think Gore's family is tired of the politics of personal destruction even though Gore readily joined the anti-Lott fray. I think they got tired of being the butt of jokes and prevailed upon Al to sit out the next election. I think he also came to the conclusion, however erroneous, that his chances of beating Bush for President in 2004 were low. Unfortunately, for him he won't get a second chance. Bye, bye Algore.

Perhaps he will run as president of the Screen Actors Guild....and do a remake of Love Story while he is at it.

Hillary says she's not running either. NEVER believe these inveterate lying rats!
To: rightwing2
This would be the GOP dream ticket because Hillary's probably the only RAT that Bush can safely defeat in 2004
On the contrary, she would be formidable. She has the Clinton machine and the Clinton name is still very popular with the Democrats/left/media/Hollywoodelite.

I'm predicting that the Democratic party will draft him to be president. I can't see the RATS letting a man of his talents, his character, and his good looks not be their candidate. Stay tuned...we have not seen the last of this great American! </sarcasm off>
To: Timesink
Darrell Hammond can't be all that pleased about this.
To: hole_n_one
Thanks. The DUh doesn't believe this, they think its a Bush/Rove trick. Republicans have hacked into AP
Oh..to us new Freepers. What is RINO or RHINO?
To: Mo1
This is great news.....after what Gore put us thru in 2000 .....I still have nightmares!

Nice cleavage, Al.

That loud sound you hear in the background is Hillary, smacking her lips, and savoring the idea. No, Hitlary wanted algore to run. He was supposed to be the sacrificial lamb to lose against Bush in 2004. That way she can run in 2008 without any incumbant to worry about.
To: Timesink
Tell me it's not true!
I'm numb...I'm sick...I'm gonna cry!

Gore's gay Bachelor impersonation with a Lieberman look alike that you captured above was disgraceful and extremely unpresidential.

- it looks like a Bush vs Kerry run...sorta like Bush Sr. vs Dukakis...lol.. Yeah, but can they get that 'gravel gurty lefty women's rights lawyer' to run the campaign for Kerry? She is pretty busy teaching one law course in LA, and appearing on the left, on second tier cable shows.
