Hello??? If the tape is genuine, it is therefore PROOF, not merely evidence. I hear in this the Janet Reno-ization of the language of law -- where thatlanguage was continuously distorted (i.e., "no credible evidence" when there was mountains of evidence) in attempt to intimidate the american public from drawing firm conclusions about democratic behavior, from Bill Clinton's behavior to DNC fundraising scandals.
