Since we're talking lib/dem here, which wife, girlfriend, or intern is objecting?

What did they offer the Torch in order to get him to pull out of the race? Office space next to Jummy Hoffa?

I, too, am a bit suspicious that SCONJ is planning to hear this so quickly. It means one of two things - either the Dems have the skids all greased and they want to rush this into court before an organized defense can assemble or the court is ready to tell the Dirtycrats a big fat "NO" and just want to be done with it.

sorry Jimmy Hoffa, of course.

This is just delicious that Pallone doesn't want it either. It signals that (1) the legal avenue ain't gonna work and (2) the public is having none of this.

...hours later, the Supreme Court issued an order saying it would hear the case directly instead of waiting for the lower court to act
I don't understand this point. Admittedly, I don't know much about the law, but I thought that cases generally had to go through a lower court decision before being heard in a superior court.

I assume Pallone was running for reelection in his district. What happens with that?

I'm sure the NJSC will let them put TWO new names on the ballot.

The state and federal high courts will take cases on a expedited timetable when time is of the essence on a public policy matter.

The question is, which is it? McGreedy appointed a friend on there, and if anything ex parte has been going on...
This is a royal cluster****. Thanks for nothing, Bakcstabber Donnie DiFrancesco!!

This Pallone guy will have a tough time beating Forrester at this late in the game...
Well, my friend, never, ever underestimate the Rat voter fraud machine.
