Idiots. Nah, just your typical Sox fans. Trust me, I grew up there, I know.

More fine examples of the White Trash Nation. Should be a "Hold Muh Beer Alert" somewhere in here. I hope the Royals players got some good hits on these punks. I am waiting to hear what their shyster's excuse is for their behavior, a bad childhood that led them to a life of no soap, toothpaste, tattoos, and ultimately this???? After all, they are the true victims here (/sarcasm).

On Sept. 28, 1995, Cubs reliever Randy Myers was charged by a 27-year-old bond trader who ran out of the stands at Wrigley Field. Myers saw the man coming, dropped his glove and knocked him down with his forearm. Moral of this story? Don't mess with a Nasty Boy.

No shirts on, I figured they were trying out for FOX's COPS TV show.

Just another well bred father passing on some fine family values. Parental rights being absolute, the government should not intervene./s

Very bizarre. HOWEVER, my first thought was why are they going after the first base coach. That is a very unlikely target for a random beating. Interestingly, Gamboa was a coach in Chicago just a few years ago. Has anyone given any thought to the possibility that Gamboa (or some one connected to Gamboa) somehow pissed these guys off some time ago? I see no mention of whether Gamboa was asked if he actually knew them.
Apparently, the father responded to a question before being pushed into the cruiser with "he had it coming to him". Very bizarre.

Now if those KC Royals around that poor misguided/loser of life's lotto father and his academically challenged son would have been police officers, they'd be indicted this morning for brutality.
;-)
Actually dad and son didn't look like they got enough education on what happens when you attack a member of the 'family.'
I'd be happy to offer the Royals my services in teaching curbside justice techniques. For a small fee of course.

Too bad the team didn't break a few bones in these animals to deter imitators.

Mom couldn't make the game; she was busy appearing on the Jerry Springer show.

"Police said the father, William Ligue, 34, was charged with aggravated battery. His son, whose name was not released because he is a juvenile, was charged with two counts of the same offense, police said."

Security finally pulled the fans out of the pile, taking them off the field. Trainers attended to Gamboa, who had blood on his forehead.
Judging from the size of the crowd surrounding them in the few minutes following the attack, we can only hope the blood came from the perps.

Where's the "Hold muh beer!" alert?
Or was this a "Hold muh whiskey!" situation?

I predict a return to the old-time baggy uniforms for the players and coaches. Not for reasons of nostalgia, but for concealed carry purposes.
Is it me or is white trash disease (WSD) spreading like wildfire?
