SAN`A, Yemen (AP) -- A Yemeni man died when a bomb he was carrying exploded in a crowded market on Friday, injuring two bystanders, police said.
Police said it was difficult to identify the man because his body was blown to pieces. It was not immediately clear if the bomb exploded prematurely. The blast occurred in a market in Yemen's capital, San`a.

The Israeli's have a term for this. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it's something like - accident at work.

Guns, gunpowder and other explosives are widely sold in Yemen, a largely tribal society where weapons are carried openly by men and boys. Nice bank shot by the AP against the RKBA.

I loved "Farm Film Report" ... perhaps you remember the reviews of a faux William F. Buckley and Jim Staahl of films such as "Cold Cows"? ... 3-D House of Beef, and their rock-n-roll fishing expiditions ...
Around the same time was "Fridays" which included Michael Richards and several other fine cast members ...
p.s. glad to hear this Yemenese is off the market ...

"Guns, gunpowder and other explosives are widely sold in Yemen, a largely tribal society where weapons are carried openly by men and boys."Except for that Islam business, Yemen sounds like a fine place!
I know it's asking a lot for the Associated Mess to publish anything resembling truth or accuracy, but...
gunpowder is NOT an explosive.
Blackpowder is, of course, but that's not what they said, and blackpowder does tend to foul your AK...

The Brits would label incidents of IRA members blown up by their own devices as "Own Goal", a soccer term meaning you accidently scored a goal against your own team. We should have more of them.

Guns good...man to man, face to face.
Bombs bad, cowardly, and murderous to the innocent, and uninvolved.
I wish more bombs would do this.

Latest news: Abdullah WaBaBa accidentally detonated a bomb he was carrying. He survived and police are waiting to interrogate him. He's in the local hospital, in rooms 35, 36, 37, and 39.
