Radical Islamists are in complete control of Iraq, Iran, Syria, Libya, and a handful of smaller states where a breakneck effort is underway to acquire chemical, biological and nuclear weapons. They have exported their radical revolution by supporting terror and propaganda in moderate Islamic states, insurgencies in Russi, China, the Philippines, the Balkins, and sub-Saharan Africa, and with the influence that huge worldwide financial investments bring to bear.

The Islamists are aiding in the mass murder of innocent civilians in Israel, India, Pakistan, and Africa. Genocide against Christians has been going on for years in southern Sudan. Terrorists are lying in wait to attack in the U.S. and Europe where infiltration is reported to be extensive....(snip)

Radical Islamists are not in control in Iraq, Syria or Libya. But the author is right that the war started twenty years ago and we are just waking up to that fact. Like the Nazis and Communists before them these fanatical totalitarians will be utterly defeated in the end.

I seem to have offended you with a weak response to this article. Sorry about that. I doubt the thread gestapo would allow me full expression on the matter, in fact I thought I was pushing things a bit. I did not expect to be lumped in with some one claiming that moderate Islamists were in charge in Iraq et. al. If that is your thought, you moissed my point. Kill em and kill em first. I guess if they are moderates, we can kill them moderately.

Perhaps I should have been clearer. The leaders of Iraq, Syria and Libya are socialist/fascist dictators who are also Islamic. They are also driven by hatred and envy of Israel, the United States and the West, but they are different from the mullahs of Iran, the Taliban, al'Quaeda and the Wahabbi fanatics of Saudi.

LDD, I cc'd you assuming your clear denunciation of the Islamokrauts indicated someone likely unpersuaded by ZS's (now corrected) equation of Islamokrautery with moderation.

The sad and fundamental fact remains that there are no established democracies of open economy in all of Islam. Whether secular or credulous, they are almost all Nazified ala' Hitlerian Germany with its strange amalgam of ethnic-religious-pagan-radical violence.
