Well, as I said, I don't have children so I don't know. What I'm wondering is, do you think this woman is deranged or do you think this was premeditated murder, sort of a very-late-term-abortion type of mentality?

Now, I'm absent minded too..I'm terrible with names, forget where I leave my keys, and forget things at the grocery store all the time. I have not forgotten that my children were in the car, not even when I had my first and she was sleeping quietly as a newborn in the backseat. Good for you. So you asume that the brain of everyone else will be as reliable as yours?

What I'm wondering is, do you think this woman is deranged or do you think this was premeditated murder, sort of a very-late-term-abortion type of mentality? You would think that it is so, that they think it is more likely that she chose so peculiar way to murder her child than that her mind was not working right.
But I spoke with too many people who love to "punish" others. Whatever the offence is they will brag how they are concerned with justice. The ugly truth is that they do not care for the offender or victim at all. This is the closest they can get to the Roman circus. They want blood.

Yep, me too. Tough call? Hardly. If the parents are white and the vehicle is an expensive SUV, well, certainly they need sympathy and understanding.
Parents of color? Those murderous b@#$%^rds need to be taught a lesson, besides, who could believe they'd really forget a kid? They probably meant harm.
Us plain poor folks without air conditioned cars don't have this problem.

Stupid and negligable thats for sure...did she mean to do it? I cant say for sure. But what can be said is she is an incompetent mother and dangerous to kids.

I'm extremely sorry for the parents' mistakes in leaving their children in a car and forgetting them. Yet, I am more sorry for the child neglected to such a point that it dies strapped in a car seat crying for air.
There are just too many of these cases occurring. Something is not right. This is a really simple way for a parent to get rid of a child that they failed to abort that has become too much of a problem for them to care for properly - should there be a need for this solution in today's world of selfish disregard for the life of one unable to care for itself.
I am highly suspicious of these "accidents" and feel we have to take some form of action.
